“I really appreciated that we sat down prior to shooting and did some practicing of breathing and looking. I felt more comfortable when we were actually shooting doing the poses. My photographer was also awesome at demonstrating poses! She walked me through everything, and cheered me on throughout my shoot! Everyone had such great ideas! Acknowledging yourself is HUGE and it factors into every facet of your life.
